Implementation management
In connection with system deliveries, BCB Medical always offers additional project management services, assuming overall responsibility for the introduction project. On the basis of definitions made with the customer BCB Medical takes care of e.g. drawing up of the project plans for the introduction project, supervising and reporting the progress, and contacts to any interest groups. This ensures easy and straightforward introduction to the customer’s whole organization, and minimizes the amount of customer’s own work.
